ABOUT THE ROLE

As our Talent Acquisition Officer, you'll support recruitment and onboarding activities across a diverse portfolio of roles, including trades, technical and corporate positions. Working closely with the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll help deliver an exceptional and seamless candidate experience while supporting the efficient delivery of recruitment processes through proactive communication and strong stakeholder engagement across the business and project sites.

Key Responsibilities Include

- Coordinating job advertisements, candidate screening and interview scheduling.
- Managing candidate communications throughout the recruitment process.
- Supporting talent pooling, recruitment campaigns and workforce mobilisation activities.
- Maintaining accurate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).




- Assisting with recruitment process improvements, reporting and system administration.
- Coordinating pre-employment checks, compliance documentation and onboarding activities.
- Supporting new starter administration in partnership with People & Culture, Payroll and hiring managers.
- Assisting with employer branding initiatives across LinkedIn, careers pages and recruitment campaigns.

ABOUT YOU

You are a highly organised and proactive recruitment or HR qualified who enjoys working in a quick-paced environment and delivering exceptional service to candidates and stakeholders.

You'll bring

- Experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, HR administration or a similar support role.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- A positive, solutions-focused approach and a genuine interest in building a career in Talent Acquisition.
