We’re looking for a Team Leader - Returns to join our Distribution Centre team in Pemulwuy.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll lead and support a team of warehouse operators while managing customer returns, credit claims and delivery investigations.
You’ll play an important role in keeping the team organised, productive and safe, while working closely with Inventory, Stock Control, Finance and Warehouse teams.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and support the warehouse team, providing guidance and coaching.
- Manage returns and investigate customer credit claims and delivery issues.
- Coordinate daily workloads to keep the team productive and on track.
- Work closely with Warehouse, Inventory, Stock Control and Finance teams.
- Assist with stock counts, reporting and general warehouse activities when required.

What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a warehouse, inventory or logistics environment.
- Experience leading or supervising a warehouse team.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
- Comfortable using warehouse and Microsoft Office systems.
- A forklift licence is desirable.
