Checho’s Sydney is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee multiple venues across Penrith, Camden, Castle Hill, Cronulla and Wollongong. You’ll lead venue managers, ensure consistent service, brand standards and profitability while hands-on in busy service periods.
With expansion planned, you’ll play a key role in current openings, recruitment, training and establishing strong operating systems from day one, building a high-performing team culture across the group.
