Mad Mex is offering a 12-month program that takes experienced hospitality operators from employed to owner. You’ll gain full P&L; accountability and leverage our systems, menu and standards as you transition toward franchise ownership.

Over twelve months you’ll learn, run a Mad Mex restaurant as your own, and work with our franchising team on site selection, business planning and funding. This is a unique path to equity for operators who already excel in multi-site leadership.
