Territory Manager – Infection Control | Sydney & Regional NSW

In Vitro Technologies is looking for a Territory Manager to join our Infection Control team, covering metro and regional New South Wales. You'll represent a high-quality, innovative capital and consumables portfolio across CSSD and Endoscopy departments in public and private hospitals, with a strong pipeline already in place and real room to grow your career.

What you'll be doing

- Winning new business and uncovering additional opportunities across your territory
- Looking after existing accounts with a high level of service and building relationships with key decision makers
- Building and maintaining territory business plans, using sales data to spot growth potential
- Running product demonstrations and trials, working alongside Product Management and Application Support
- Keeping an eye on competitor activity and feeding into company strategy and marketing campaigns
- Reporting on activity weekly, monthly or as needed, and meeting KPIs against budget
- Representing In Vitro at regional and national trade conferences

What you'll bring

- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or Territory Manager (essential)
- A background in CSSD/Endoscopy capital equipment or Infection Control sales (highly regarded)
- A track record of building strong, lasting customer relationships




- The drive to exceed budget and the discipline to manage your own time and territory
- Comfort working autonomously while being a great team player
- Strong communication skills and intermediate computer skills
