ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a motivated Territory Manager to provide a valuable solution to our customers.

The In Vitro Product Portfolio covers CSSD and Endoscopy departments in Public and Private Healthcare Organisations, encompassing both Capital and Consumable offerings.

Based in Sydney – Covering Metro and Regional - New South Wales

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Pursuing new/additional sales opportunities

- Maintaining existing accounts with a high level of customer service

- Identify key decision makers in all accounts to maximise sales opportunities

- Prospect opportunities in the area to increase market share

- Meet KPIs in relation to budget and position requirements

- Analysis sales data and accurately maintain territory business plans to identify growth potential

- Provide accurate & timely reporting of all activities, weekly, monthly, or as required

- Monitor competitor activities and contribute to company strategy and marketing campaigns

- Conduct and organise product demonstrations and trials in a professional and technically correct manner, coordinating such activities with product management and application support





- Participating in regional and national trade conferences

ABOUT YOU:

In addition to being an outstanding communicator with a proactive attitude and a great team player, you will possess the following:

- A background in CSSD/Endoscopy Capital Equipment sales or Infection control (ideally)

- Sales Representative/Territory Manager experience (essential)

- A proven track record in developing and maintaining strong relationships in a sales environment

- Ability to work on and manage multiple projects simultaneously to consistently deliver excellence

- Driven to exceed budgets

- Demonstrate good time management skills and ability to manage workload in a high-pressure environment

- Ability to work as part of a team or unsupervised
- The Eagerness to own and Manage their Territory

- Intermediate computer skills

- Motivated to commit the time & effort that will see you earn the rewards this position has to offer!
