Territory Manager (Independent Grocery) – Western Sydney, Inner West, Sydney CBD & The Shire

We’re looking for a proactive and commercially minded Territory Manager to take ownership of a high‑potential region covering: Western Sydney, Inner West, Sydney CBD & The Shire. If you’re passionate about health, organic, free‑from, and gourmet food categories and love being on the road meeting retailers, this is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact.

About the Role The Territory Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, building robust retailer relationships, and expanding distribution across the Independent Grocery sector. The role blends account management, new business development, and brand execution, with plenty of autonomy and variety day‑to‑day.

You’ll work closely with the National Sales Manager while managing your own territory, implementing sales strategies, and representing a portfolio of high‑quality products.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Manage and grow independent grocery accounts
- Visit stores regularly to maximise visibility,



stock levels and merchandising
- Prospect and win new business across the territory
- Drive promotional execution and support new product launches
- Represent the brand portfolio with confidence and professionalism
- Maintain an efficient call cycle, including 2–4 days of monthly regional travel

What You’ll Bring
- FMCG sales experience (Independent Grocery ideal)
- Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills
- Ability to identify opportunities and deliver growth
- Understanding of IGA, FoodWorks, SPAR, Harris Farm etc.
- Self‑motivation, organisation, and autonomy
- Valid driver’s licence
