The Program:

We're launching a new intake of trainee Driver Guides. You bring the enthusiasm and curiosity - we cover the training and the costs. By the end of the programme, you'll be a fully accredited SEIT Driver Guide, ready to lead guests through unforgettable outback experiences.

What You'll Learn:

- How to navigate to off-the-beaten-path destinations and read the land like a local
- The art of guiding guests through moments of genuine emotional discovery
- Cultural storytelling - learning from local communities so you can share their stories authentically
- Practical guiding skills: vehicle operations, guest safety, and day-to-day tour delivery

What We Provide:

- Full training program, at no cost to you




- Assistance obtaining your NT Vehicle Passenger Authority and Responsible Service of Alcohol certification
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Relocation assistance and reimbursement for required checks and licenses
- Ongoing mentorship from experienced SEIT guides as you build your career

What You Need:

- A genuine passion for the outdoors and Australian landscapes
- A valid unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence
- Solid communication skills and a natural interest in people and culture
- Reasonable fitness level and a willingness to learn practical/mechanical skills
- A positive, adaptable attitude - this is a hands-on, outdoor role
