About the role The Town Planner role is focused on developing technical expertise, supporting project delivery, and contributing to the success of the business. Working under the guidance of senior team members, Planners gain hands-on experience while progressively building their independence and client engagement skills. Working with clients across multiple industries, this is an opportunity for you to build your career with a well regarded firm.

Key responsibilities

- Assist in the preparation of technical reports, plans, and assessments.
- Conduct research and analysis to support project outcomes.




- Develop a working knowledge of relevant standards, guidelines, and regulations.
- Support senior staff in client interactions and project meetings.
- Clearly communicate findings and technical insights internally and externally.
- Develop professional relationships with clients through project contributions.
- Work collaboratively with team members, learning from senior staff and supporting other junior colleagues.

About you To be considered for this role, you will possess 2-3 years' experience within a Town Planning role. You will be able to demonstrate:

- Working knowledge of relevant planning regulations.
- Collaborative approach to working with team members and senior staff.
