/n Love travel, adventure and working with people? /n /n We’re looking for a Trade Sales Executive to join our Brisbane team and help keep our global trade network moving. /n /n At Travvia, home of JUCY and Star RV, we’re all about creating memorable experiences, and this role plays an significant part in making that happen. /n Working closely with our Global Trade Manager, you’ll support our trade partners across enquiries, bookings, account management, campaigns, reporting and events. /n /n Your Journey on the Road /n You’ll be the go-to person helping our trade partners get what they need, when they need it. /n You’ll: /n /n

- Manage trade enquiries, queues and the shared sales inbox.

/n

- Process bookings, quotes and amendments accurately and efficiently.

/n

- Set up and support agent accounts, B2B access and onboarding.

/n

- Troubleshoot account issues and keep partner information up to date.

/n

- Support trade campaigns and maintain our trade asset library.

/n

- Prepare trade reporting and help keep our data accurate.

/n

- Coordinate agent communications, meetings and events.

/n

- Build great relationships with our trade partners and internal teams.

/n

- Look for smarter ways to improve our processes and systems.

/n

- Occasional travel within Australia and to New Zealand





/n /n /n What You’ll Bring to the Trip /n We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and loves getting things done. /n You’ll bring: /n /n

- 2+ years’ experience in sales administration, account support, trade support or a similar role.

/n

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

/n

- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

/n

- The ability to juggle multiple priorities and keep things moving.

/n

- A solutions-focused mindset and a willingness to take ownership.

/n

- The ability to work collaboratively across teams.

/n

- Travel or tourism experience is highly regarded, but not essential.
