Micks Ally Fab, an aluminium and stainless-steel fabrication specialist company has an exciting prospect become available for a Trades Assistant to join this renowned local company who value innovation, teamwork, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results to their clients.

Essential Duties Include but are not limited to:

- Assist in collecting and preparing materials required for metal fabrication, including cutting, measuring, and organising metal sheets or components.

- Assist tradespeople with onsite works when required, including setting up and packing up of work areas, also transportation of equipment and materials to various sites.

- Help set up and maintain tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.

- Keep the work area clean and organised, remove debris, excess metal scraps, and other waste materials to maintain a safe and efficient workspace.

- Safely handle and store raw materials and finished products,



taking precautions to prevent damage or injury.

- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines and following safety practices to prevent accidents and injuries.

The successful candidate must possess the following:

- Current NT Drivers Licence

- Have current police clearance or willing to obtain one

- Have a positive can-do attitude and willingness to learn

- Be reliable, punctual and able to receive and understand instructions

- Good mechanical aptitude

- Strong attention to detail

- Have good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team environment
