The Role

At Airmaster, we pride ourselves on delivering top-notch HVAC solutions to our clients. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated HVAC Service Manager to lead and manage one of our Service teams, based out of the Wollongong office in NSW.

This role is critical to the business in maintaining our exceptional service to existing clients, while also capitalizing on future opportunities of growth.As a HVAC Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing a Service team, consisting of a team leader and technicians, ensuring jobs are completed effectively, efficiently and to a high standard. You will also manage outcomes across several portfolios, which includes overseeing all technical, supervisory, operational, customer support and reporting roles.





Providing high level of technical support and advise to Technicians

Provide monthly progress reports on team performance

Recruiting, motivating & assisting Service Delivery staff with technical queries

Contributing to business development through innovation & new project initiatives

Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients by ensuring high-quality service

Timely preparation and submission of quotations

The successful candidate will ideally possess the following:

Experience or a demonstrated capability to lead a team of field and support staff to provide exceptional service to our customers.

Proven and deep understanding of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance & repair.

Basics of business finance, word processing and spreadsheet applications.

The capability to develop, produce and present reports, submissions, and technical communications.

High level experience in HVAC, Mechanical Services, Facility Management, or a related discipline.

Well-developed interpersonal skills and communication are essential.

Professional and confident phone manner.

Ability to achieve and self-manage deadlines.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently.
