Now were looking for a results driven Site Manager with previous residential housing construction experience in building quality homes, on time and on budget to join our fantastic team.
About The Role
You will be primarily managing homes under construction in theNorthern region .
Delivering a portfolio of residential homes on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Establishing and managing a high-performing trade base to support construction activities.
Supervising trades on site and ensuring compliance with OH&S;, quality, regulatory, and construction program requirements.
Managing project documentation, reporting, and forward planning to support successful project delivery.
About You
Certificate IV in Building and Construction (essential).
