Metcash Group seeks an experienced Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) Manager to partner with the Total Tools Hardware Group and drive SHE culture, governance and performance across a national retail, trade, manufacturing and office network. This role involves robust collaboration with leaders to achieve meaningful safety outcomes and ongoing improvements.

The role requires a tertiary qualification in SHE, a Cert IV in WHS, and at least 3 years in SHE.
