Based in Burswood, WA, we assist individuals and businesses across Australia with finance for vehicles, boats, motorcycles, caravans and commercial equipment.

Our approach combines attentive client service, access to a broad panel of lenders and clear communication throughout the lending process.

The opportunity

We are seeking three exceptional candidates to join Pathfyndr Finance Pty Ltd as Trainee Finance Brokers at our Burswood office. These full-time positions are suited to motivated professionals who demonstrate integrity, personal accountability and a commitment to building a long-term career in finance.

Previous finance experience is not essential. Comprehensive training and mentoring will be provided. Candidates with experience in sales, customer service or account management are encouraged to apply.

· A guaranteed base salary and uncapped commission, with on-target earnings of $90,000 per year.

Key responsibilities

With training and guidance, you will develop the skills to:

· Respond promptly to incoming enquiries and establish professional client relationships.





· Understand client needs and work with our lender panel to identify suitable finance options.

· Collect and review supporting documents, prepare loan applications and coordinate lender submissions.

· Manage your pipeline through consistent follow-up, keeping clients informed from enquiry to settlement.

· Maintain accurate CRM records and follow company policies and compliance requirements.

· Work towards individual performance targets while contributing to the team's results.

About you

We are looking for candidates with:

· Australian citizenship or permanent residency.

· Professional written and verbal communication, with the ability to build rapport over the phone.

· Integrity, sound judgement and discretion when handling confidential client information.

· Solid organisation, attention to detail and confidence using computer systems.

· Initiative, consistent follow-through and accountability for the quality of their work.

· A willingness to learn, respond constructively to feedback and develop their skills.

· A commitment to excellent client service, teamwork and achieving results.
