GEM Training is looking for an experienced Trainer & Assessor to join our growing team.
You’ll be mainly based at our Mascot training site, with travel to client sites across Sydney as required.
We’re looking for someone with a broad range of competencies across civil machinery, safety training and traffic control.
The Role
- Deliver classroom and practical training
- Conduct assessments
- Complete all associated assessment documentation and RTO paperwork
- Travel to client sites when required
- Maintain accurate, compliant training records
What We’re Looking For
- Current TAE qualification
- Relevant and current competencies
- Recent civil construction industry experience
- Experience across plant, safety and/or traffic control training
- Solid communication and organisational skills
- Current driver’s licence
- Availability approximately 2–5 days per week
- High Risk Work training competencies are a major advantage, particularly Forklift and EWP
A broad scope of competencies is highly desirable, although you do not need to hold every unit.
