About Our Client

What You Will Be Doing

As a Trainer Assessor, you will be responsible for delivering onsite coaching, mentoring, training, and competency assessments while remaining actively involved in production operations.

Single Skilled Trainer Assessor

You will be responsible for training, assessing, and operating:

- Komatsu 830, 930 & 960, CAT 793 & Terex 4400 Haul Trucks

Multi-Skilled Trainer Assessor

You will be responsible for training, assessing, and operating:

- Komatsu 830, 930 & 960, CAT 793 & Terex 4400 Haul Trucks

- CAT D10 & D11 Dozers

- CAT 16 & CAT 24 Graders

- Liebherr 9600 & 5600, O&K; 340 & CAT 6040 & 6015 Excavators

Additional Responsibilities
- Delivering onsite coaching, mentoring, training, and competency assessments

- Completing training documentation and competency sign-offs

- Conducting pre-start inspections and following all site safety procedures

- Maintaining production outputs and supporting site operational requirements

- Promoting safe work practices and contributing to a strong safety culture

- Working closely with Supervisors and site personnel to develop operator capability

What You Will Need

- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE)





- Current Training Transcript/LMS demonstrating relevant operating experience

- Current SSE Signed Skills List for the machinery you are training and assessing

- Previous training, mentoring, coaching, or assessment experience highly regarded

- Strong communication and leadership skills

- Commitment to safety and continuous improvement

- Standard 11 & Coal Board Medical

- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening

- Current Driver's Licence and full Australian working rights
