We are seeking an experienced UAT Test Manager to join a high-performing Federal Government workplace. The successful UAT Test Manager will lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing activities across a complex, multi-jurisdictional program, acting as the central point for testing coordination, stakeholder engagement, data validation and implementation readiness.

The successful UAT Test Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- Coordinating UAT activities across multiple government agencies, jurisdictions and delivery partners
- Developing and maintaining UAT strategies, plans, schedules, reporting and testing artefacts
- Managing testing progress, risks, issues, dependencies, defects and implementation readiness
- Coordinating data migration validation, data matching, reconciliation and resolution of data discrepancies

The successful UAT Test Manager will have experience in the following:





- Prior experience leading and coordinating UAT activities within large, complex programs
- Previous experience coordinating outcomes across multiple organisations, jurisdictions or government agencies
- Experience developing and managing UAT plans, schedules, reporting, risks and governance artefacts
- Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and negotiation skills, with experience managing competing priorities and complex dependencies
