Melbourne

Join Accent Group one of Australia and New Zealand’s largest retail groups. With 850+ stores, 34 iconic brands and 30+ online platforms, we’re home to some of the world’s most recognised names, including HOKA, Skechers, Dr. Martens, Platypus, Hype DC, Stylerunner, Nude Lucy, Lacoste, Sports Direct and Vans.

We’re driven by innovation, passionate about our people and committed to creating exceptional experiences for our customers and teams. Here individuality is celebrated, performance is rewarded and you’ll be empowered to make your mark!

We’re looking for a talented Videographer to join Accent Group and create standout video content across our portfolio of iconic brands.

Working alongside our Marketing, Digital and Creative teams, you’ll bring brand stories to life through high-quality video content across eCommerce, social media, websites, email, PR, retail, wholesale and events.

From concept and storyboarding through to shooting, editing and final delivery, you’ll be hands-on across the entire production process, creating content that captures attention, builds brand engagement and drives results.

What you’ll do

- Shoot, edit and produce high-quality, on-brand video content across digital, retail and wholesale channels.
- Bring creative briefs to life through authentic, engaging storytelling.
- Plan and prepare shoots including scripting, storyboarding, shot lists, talent coordination, interview questions and location scouting.
- Own the post-production process, from editing and colour through to captions, graphics, animation and final delivery.
- Collaborate with the creative team to incorporate graphics, imagery and motion elements into content.
- Work with the Videography Team Lead to continuously improve production workflows, briefing,

feedback and approval processes.
- Optimise video content and exports for different platforms, formats and channels.
- Maintain studio spaces and video equipment to ensure shoots run smoothly and consistently.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, agencies, suppliers and other creative partners.
- Stay across emerging video, social content and editing trends to keep our creative output fresh and relevant.
- Support occasional after-hours shoots and travel where required.

What you’ll bring

You’re a creative storyteller who knows how to take an idea from brief to screen. You’re equally comfortable behind the camera and in the edit suite, with a robust eye for detail and an understanding of what makes content perform across different channels.
- Qualification in Film, Television Production, Fine Arts or a related discipline, or at least 2 years’ hands-on videography experience.
- Strong experience using DSLR cameras, professional lighting, sound and audio equipment.
- Advanced editing skills across Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut Pro or similar platforms.
- Strong post-production capability including editing, captioning, motion graphics, exporting and content optimisation.
- An understanding of creating content for social, digital and eCommerce environments.

- Strong creative judgement with the ability to interpret a brief while bringing your own ideas to the table.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple shoots and projects at once.
- A collaborative approach and confidence working with talent, internal stakeholders, agencies and suppliers.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver quality work in fast-paced environments.
- Flexibility to assist with equipment setup and other hands-on production requirements.

Why Join Us?
