Role Description The Volunteer role at AME is a full-time, on-site position based in Hocking, WA. In this role, the volunteer supports operational and administrative activities that help deliver inspection, testing, and asset management services. Day-to-day tasks may include organizing documentation, assisting with data entry and reporting, supporting training coordination, and helping prepare materials for consulting and compliance projects.

The volunteer may also assist with scheduling, filing,



and communications with internal teams, ensuring information is accurate and accessible. This role provides exposure to industrial and engineering services while contributing to a team-oriented, safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

- Ability to manage basic administrative tasks, such as data entry, document organization, and filing, with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical team members.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and follow established procedures.
- Comfort with using computers and common office software (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets) to support reporting and documentation.
- Interest in industrial, engineering, or asset management environments; prior exposure to similar sectors is beneficial but not required.
- Commitment to safety, confidentiality, and professional conduct in an operational worksite setting.
- Willingness to learn, take direction, and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment.
