We are currently seeking an experienced Tenancy Manager, who is immediately available for a fully onsite role based in St Leonards.

This is an prospect to support a sector that is currently thriving, with opportunities to enjoy people-centric roles that give back to the communities they serve.

We are looking for applicants with a housing background in either community housing, real estate/lettings or property management to manage a large portfolio of nearly 200 clients.

Role duties:

- Managing tenant relationships
- Sustaining tenancies
- Property management
- Tenant support
- Compliance and administration

Essential criteria:

- Experience dealing with tenants in either community or private housing.
- Excellent customer service skills and an impeccable telephone manner.
- Emotional maturity and ability to handle sometimes sensitive conversations.
- Ability to handle competing and changing priorities.
- High attention to detail and top-level verbal and written communication.
- A high level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Intermediate Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel skill
