As a thriving recruitment business experiencing exciting growth, we are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team and support one of our valued clients onsite in Banyo (Northside Brisbane, near Brisbane Airport).

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and making a real impact in a fast-paced environment.

Working Monday to Friday, this role will involve a combination of onsite client support and office-based responsibilities.

About the Role As an Onsite Account Manager, you will be the key point of contact between our clients and candidates, ensuring smooth workforce management and providing outstanding service every day.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage onsite recruitment activities and candidate relationships
- Source, screen, and interview suitable candidates
- Coordinate candidate placements into work assignments
- Manage the recruitment onboarding process for new starters
- Conduct assessment centres and candidate inductions
- Maintain database and roster management systems
- Ensure compliance requirements are met
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Provide ongoing candidate support onsite




- Deliver exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates
- Complete general administration tasks as required

About You
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, organised, and enjoys working with people. Recruitment experience is not essential — we are happy to train the right person who has the attitude and drive to succeed.

You will bring:

- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
- Exceptional customer service experience
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Confidence and professionalism when speaking with candidates and clients
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
