Due to continued demand, they are now seeking an experienced Automotive Glazier to join their established team.

The Role

You will be responsible for automotive glass repairs and replacements across a variety of vehicles while maintaining a high standard of workmanship and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Assess, repair, replace and fit windscreens and automotive glass to Australian Standards.
- Complete Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) recalibrations.
- Meet productivity, quality and customer service KPIs.
- Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.




- Deliver professional and friendly service to customers.

About You

To be successful, you will ideally have:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience fitting and repairing automotive glass.
- Sound knowledge of windscreens and vehicle models.
- Current driver’s licence with the ability to confidently drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
- Solid attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to safely and competently use relevant tools and equipment.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- A reliable, positive attitude and strong team focus.
- Experience with trucks, buses, caravans and boats will be highly regarded.
- A truck licence would also be advantageous.
