The Role
Our client is a well-established new car dealership located in Melbourne’s Eastern Suburbs and is seeking a Business Manager to join its team.
This opportunity is ideally suited to someone who already has solid dealership F&I; experience but is still relatively early in their Business Manager career and looking for the right environment to continue developing over the longer term.
Working closely with the sales team, you will assist customers with vehicle finance and insurance solutions, manage finance applications from enquiry through to settlement and ensure all documentation and compliance requirements are completed accurately.
You will work closely with lenders, dealership management and the broader sales team while continuing to build your knowledge across finance products, customer engagement, deal structure and compliance.
You’ll Need
Previous automotive dealership F&I; experience is essential. You may already be working as a Business Manager or have recently progressed into a dedicated F&I; position and be looking for an opportunity where you can continue building your experience.
You will need a sound understanding of finance applications, lender processes, insurance products and dealership compliance requirements, together with strong communication, organisation and customer service skills.
You will be confident dealing with customers, comfortable working within a busy dealership sales environment and keen to continue learning and developing your skills. A positive attitude, professionalism and a genuine interest in building a long-term career in automotive finance will be important.
