Senior Mental Health Community Clinician (26+): Clinical leadership, team mentoring, and high-level care.

Mental Health Community Clinician (26+): Acute mental health assessment, treatment, and recovery.

Location: Sale, Gippsland, Victoria, Australia.

Overview of roles:

1. Senior Mental Health Community Clinician (26+)

- Full-time or Part-time (0.8 EFT)
- Permanent
- Immediate start
- Salary: $123k - $140k (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide clinical guidance to a multidisciplinary team.
- Lead complex assessments and recovery care planning.
- Mentor staff and drive quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in mental health services.
- Qualification in Psychology, Nursing (Mental Health), OT, or Social Work.
- Valid Victorian Driver Licence.

2. Mental Health Community Clinician (26+)

Acute mental health assessment, treatment, and recovery.

- Full time
- Ongoing (7-day roster)

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based clinical assessments and care.
- Provide urgent and ongoing therapeutic interventions.
- Support consumers across community and bed-based settings.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a mental health setting.




- Qualification in Psychology, Nursing (Mental Health), OT, or Social Work.
- Valid Victorian Driver Licence.
