Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee complete trade procurement, scope preparation, and sub-contractor lettings.
- Manage high-value concrete, formwork, and structural trade packages on site.
- Track project budgets, cost forecasts, variations, and progress claims.
- Administer head contracts and manage ongoing sub-contractor financial accounts.
- Handle RFIs, design variations, and technical query resolution with consultants.
- Work directly alongside Site Managers and Project Managers to drive project momentum.

What You'll Bring:

- Proven track record as a Contract Administrator on commercial or large concrete projects.
- Solid background managing major structural, concrete, and civil construction scopes.
- High-level commercial acumen, budget tracking, and contract administration skills.




- Excellent negotiation abilities and clear sub-contractor management capability.
- In-depth understanding of local WA building standards, codes, and contracts.
- Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or Civil Engineering.
