The Role

This business is looking for a Senior Structural Drafter to take ownership across a diverse mix of building projects, including mixed-use residential, commercial developments such as data centres, and selected industrial work.

You'll deliver coordinated Revit models and documentation from concept through to construction, working closely with experienced structural engineers and the wider drafting team.

With the business continuing to grow, it's a chance to step into a respected senior position within a stable team, on increasingly complex and high-profile projects.

The Responsibilities

- Produce coordinated Revit models and transparent, buildable documentation from concept to construction
- Take an active role in design coordination and project delivery alongside engineers and consultants
- Mentor and support more junior drafters




- Keep developing your technical skills within a stable, growing team

The Requirements

This role suits an experienced Structural Drafter who's ready to take ownership of their projects. In return, you'll be able to demonstrate:

- 3+ years' experience as a Structural Drafter within an Australian engineering design consultancy
- Strong Revit experience across building projects
- Exposure to a broad range of structural building types, including commercial and residential
- The ability to work autonomously while coordinating effectively with engineers and consultants
- Full working rights in Australia
