Procurement Officer | Fresh Food Industry O'Connor, WA

Full-Time Opportunity | Monday to Friday
TLH Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Procurement Officer to join a well-established business within the fresh food and FMCG industry, based in O'Connor.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong procurement, purchasing or supply chain experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to join a growing operation.

About the Role Working closely with the wider operations and supply chain teams, you will be responsible for ensuring the business has the right products and materials available when required.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing day-to-day procurement and purchasing activities
- Liaising with suppliers and maintaining strong supplier relationships
- Obtaining and comparing supplier pricing
- Raising and managing purchase orders
- Monitoring stock levels and ensuring adequate supply
- Coordinating deliveries and following up outstanding orders
- Identifying potential supply issues and working proactively to resolve them
- Maintaining accurate procurement and supplier records
- Working closely with internal teams to understand purchasing requirements
- Assisting with cost control and identifying opportunities to improve purchasing outcomes

About You We are looking for someone who has:





- Previous experience in procurement, purchasing or supply chain
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer and administrative skills
- The ability to build and maintain positive supplier relationships
- A proactive approach and strong problem-solving skills
- Previous experience within FMCG, food manufacturing or fresh food would be highly advantageous
