About the Role
As Store Manager, you’ll take ownership of showroom performance, team culture and customer experience. You’ll lead by example through your own sales performance while coaching and developing your team to consistently achieve and exceed targets.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead from the front with strong personal sales performance
- Drive showroom sales and achieve individual and team targets
- Build, coach and motivate a high-performing sales team
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences in a premium environment
- Develop robust customer relationships and drive high-value sales
- Maintain excellent showroom standards and presentation
- Create a positive, accountable and results-driven team culture
- Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to improve results
About You
- Proven success in high-ticket, consultative or premium sales
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Confident closing sales and converting customer opportunities
- Competitive, driven and highly results-focused
- Polished and professional presentation
- Passionate about customer experience and relationship building
- Confident leading, coaching and motivating a sales team
- Comfortable working in a hands-on, target-driven environment
