This is a great opportunity for an experienced retail leader - or someone coming from high-volume hospitality with strong leadership experience - who thrives in a busy environment and loves bringing a team along with them!

What You'll Be Doing

- Leading and motivating a team to delivery strong customer experiences
- Driving sales, service and day-to-day department performance
- Coaching and developing team members
- Supporting visual merchandising and store standards
- Managing a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Helping create a positive, inclusive and collaborative team culture

About You

- Previous retail leadership experience or strong leadership experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment




- A genuine passion for people, customer experience and team development
- Comfortable working in a high-volume environment where things move quickly
- Strong commercial awareness and a hands-on approach
- Someone who genuinely connects with the brands values and culture
- Flexible and comfortable working either a weekend on/off roster or Tuesday-Saturday
