Your responsibilities will include:

- Manage a portfolio of approximately 160 properties
- End-to-end property management
- Landlord and tenant relationship management
- Routine inspections, maintenance and repairs
- Arrears and tenancy compliance
- Lease renewals and general tenancy management




- QCAT matters and tribunal preparation
- Working closely with the leasing team
- Utilising administrative support to keep the portfolio running efficiently
- Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering a high level of service

About You We’re looking for someone who is confident managing a portfolio independently and enjoys working in a structured, team-focused environment.
You’ll ideally have:

- 2+ Previous Property Management experience
- QLD Certificate of Registration
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Excellent organisation and time management
- Experience with Console Cloud
- A proactive and team-oriented approach
