Our client is looking for a Construction Cadet to join their Maintenance & Defects team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, develop their skills and work towards becoming a Site Supervisor.

About the Role:

- Identify and assess building defects and maintenance issues
- Liaise with clients and provide skilled service
- Learn how defects are investigated, managed and resolved
- Work alongside experienced construction professionals
- Receive ongoing training and mentoring
- Develop the skills and knowledge required to progress into a Cadet Site Supervisor role
- 100% office-based position

About You

- Recently qualified Carpenter or Bricklayer




- Cert III and Cert IV in Building & Construction
- Well presented and confident communicating with clients
- Reliable, motivated and eager to learn
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional attitude and willingness to develop
- White Card
