About the Role

We are working with an established civil contractors delivering a significant pipeline of infrastructure projects throughout Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, wider Southeast Queensland and regional locations.

With continued project wins and growing workloads, opportunities are available for experienced Civil Project Managers to take ownership of projects across TMR roads, water infrastructure, FRP works, piling, bulk earthworks, subdivisions and major civil construction.

You'll oversee projects across the full delivery lifecycle, from planning and mobilisation through to construction and handover. This includes managing commercial performance, programs, project teams, subcontractors and client relationships while maintaining robust safety and quality outcomes.

Multiple positions are available across local SEQ projects, FIFO arrangements and relocation opportunities, giving you flexibility to pursue projects that align with your experience and longer-term career goals.

Salary & Benefits

- Up to $220,000 + Super + Company Vehicle

Key Responsibilities

- Lead civil infrastructure projects from mobilisation through to final handover
- Manage budgets, forecasts, contracts, procurement and commercial performance
- Direct Engineers, Supervisors, subcontractors and site delivery teams
- Drive project programs while maintaining safety, quality and compliance standards
- Manage client, consultant, subcontractor and key stakeholder relationships

What You’ll Bring

- Proven Project Management experience within the civil construction sector
- Experience across TMR, Roads, Water, FRP, Piling, Earthworks or Infrastructure
- Strong understanding of project financials, contracts and commercial management
- Demonstrated experience leading engineering, supervisory and subcontractor teams
- Civil Engineering qualifications are highly regarded
