The role
You’ll take ownership of your portfolio and manage the day-to-day Property Management function while building positive, professional relationships with landlords and tenants.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Manage leasing, renewals, rent reviews and inspections
- Oversee maintenance, repairs and contractor relationships
- Manage arrears while maintaining robust landlord & tenant relationships
- Ensure compliance,
accurate records and smooth day-to-day portfolio management
About you
You’re an organised, confident Property Manager who takes pride in providing excellent service and managing your portfolio with professionalism.
- Current WA Property Management Registration
- Current driver’s licence
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- The ability to work independently while being part of a team
- A professional presentation and genuine commitment to client service
