Reporting directly to the Executive General Manager, you'll have genuine influence over how this growing Australian manufacturing business sources, moves, and manages materials — and the mandate to drive real improvement, not just maintain the status quo.

What you'll own:

- Strategic sourcing, supplier selection, qualification and certification
- Procurement and inventory management across the full material lifecycle
- Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) and demand planning
- International freight, logistics coordination and 3PL management
- Warehousing and production material supply
- Environmental, safety and compliance standards across the supply chain
- Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
- Operational performance, labour efficiency and production outcomes

What you bring:

- Proven experience in a senior supply chain, procurement, logistics or materials management role




- Strong leadership and people management capability
- Experience managing international supply chains
- A track record in supplier qualification, certification and performance management
- Solid grasp of SIOP, demand planning and inventory optimisation
- ERP/MRP systems experience
- Sharp commercial, analytical and stakeholder management skills

Bonus points for:

- Qualifications in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Business or Operations Management
- Background in composites, manufacturing, construction materials, or transport
- Experience managing 3PL providers and warehousing operations
- Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement experience
