Working 7.30am - 5.45pm, Mon Thurs. No shift work.
Permanent role.
Your responsibilities will include setting up and operating machinery for folding, cutting, gathering, collating, binding, trimming, stitching and other finishing processes.
- Previous bindery or print-finishing experience
- Valuable mechanical aptitude
- Strong attention to detail
- An understanding of printing and finishing processes
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good organisational and communication skills
- A commitment to safe working practices and quality production
- A willingness to learn new machinery and processes
A Bindery Trade Certificate is preferred but not essential.
A forklift licence and current driver's licence are also preferred.
Hourly rate starting from $33 p/h up to $38 p/h for qualified tradespeople, rates negotiable on experience
