About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Officer to join our Customer Service team.

As one of the key connections between our customers and the broader business, you’ll play an important role in ensuring orders are processed accurately, enquiries are resolved efficiently and our customers receive the service they expect from Blundstone.

You’ll work closely with our Sales team, Marketing team and Distribution Centre, supporting some of Australia’s best-known retailers as well as end users of our products. Over time, you’ll become an expert in the Blundstone range, developing a strong understanding of our products and helping customers find the right solutions for their needs.

No two days are quite the same. One moment you may be processing customer orders, the next you’ll be resolving a customer enquiry, coordinating with internal teams, or helping ensure an important customer order reaches its destination on time.

This is a role for someone who enjoys being organised, takes pride in getting the details right and likes being part of a team that works together to get things done.



It’s also an prospect to gain exposure to a range of areas across the business while working for a globally recognised brand that continues to be designed and led from Hobart.

This is a full-time, permanent position based at our Moonah Head Office, working Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver an excellent service experience to our customers.
- Become a product expert across the Blundstone range and use your knowledge to support retailers, end users and internal stakeholders.
- Manage customer orders and returns from entry through to fulfilment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Build strong working relationships with customers, sales representatives and key internal teams.
- Work closely with our Distribution Centre to keep products moving efficiently from order through to delivery.
- Investigate and resolve customer enquiries, identifying practical solutions and positive outcomes.
- Contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of a busy and collaborative Customer Service team.
- Utilise systems including Zendesk, Dynamics 365 (D365) and Microsoft Office Suite.
