Your role, your impact
Reporting to the Team Leader, you’ll support an assigned group of venues and help ensure key operational processes run smoothly across the network.
- Provide first-level support and manage enquiries end to end
- Review gaming data and complete daily work schedules accurately
- Build strong relationships with allocated venue contacts
- Investigate operational issues and coordinate timely solutions
- Maintain secure handling of sensitive gaming information
- Work closely with internal teams, venues and regulators

- Experience delivering high-quality customer service
- Ability to build trusted relationships with customers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort working with numbers and analysing data
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Gaming industry experience is highly regarded
