You will lead a team of 20+ colleagues, work with other department managers, and report to the Operations/Complex Managers to deliver the Best Experience and widest range at the best prices.
You will monitor customer service levels, collaborate with Merchandising, Store Leadership and Health & Safety teams, and build robust supplier relationships.
