About the Role

We are seeking a warm, productive, and experienced Section Waiter to join our front-of-house team for 25–30 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

- Section Management: Run and take ownership of your assigned floor section, maintaining a smooth, seamless service flow from arrival to departure.
- Team Leadership on Floor: Confidently direct and coordinate food and beverage runners to ensure tables are served promptly and cleared efficiently.
- Menu & Product Knowledge: Master details of our food and beverage menus, including daily specials, preparation methods, ingredients, and dietary accommodations.
- Guest Relations & Service: Deliver attentive, friendly, and personalized service; anticipate guest needs, handle special requests, and resolve feedback smoothly.
- Floor Operations: Maintain table standards, handle POS orders accurately, and keep the dining room clean and presentable.
- Growth & Leadership: Take active initiative on the floor,



with opportunities to take on senior floor responsibilities as our venue grows into summer.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 2+ years of hospitality experience in a restaurant environment.
- Section Ownership: Comfortable independently running a section of tables while maintaining strong pacing and attention to detail.
- Communication & Direction: Strong communication skills with the ability to give clear, positive direction to floor support staff and runners.
- Detail-Oriented: Good memory for menu details, and customer preferences.
- Availability: Available to work 25–30 hours per week, including Friday nights and Saturdays (Sundays & Mondays always off).
- Certifications: Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
