Blacklist Coffee Roasters is looking for an additional team member to join our warehouse and production operations.
We are an established Perth coffee roastery supplying roasted coffee to cafés, wholesale customers and online customers across WA and beyond.
We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Warehouse Operative / Picker Packer to assist with the day-to-day picking, packing and preparation of customer orders.
This is a casual position, initially 2–3 days per week, with the potential for additional hours depending on workload and business requirements.
Immediate start available for the right candidate.
About the Role
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Picking and packing roasted coffee orders for wholesale customers
- Picking and packing online orders
- Preparing orders for dispatch and delivery
- Labelling, boxing and organising finished products
- Receiving and organising incoming stock
- Stock movement and general warehouse organisation
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working setting
- Assisting the production and warehouse team with general duties as required
The role involves regular handling of cartons and bags of coffee, so applicants should be comfortable working in a physical and fast-paced environment.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Reliable and punctual
- Organised with good attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Physically capable of carrying out warehouse and packing duties
- Able to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy
- Positive, practical and willing to help where needed
- Available approximately 2–3 weekdays per week
Previous warehouse, picking/packing, dispatch or logistics experience would be beneficial but is not essential for the right person.
A current forklift licence is highly regarded but not essential.
Experience working with inventory systems, warehouse systems or order fulfilment would also be an advantage.
