Warehouse Operator & General All-Rounder

Regency Park, Adelaide SA | Full time | Monday–Friday - 8am – 4pm

$34–$36 per hour based on experience

Gulf Western Oil is a proudly Australian, family-owned business and one of the largest independent lubricant manufacturers in the country.

We’re looking for a reliable and capable all-rounder to join our Regency Park team. This is a varied role combining warehouse operations, general office/administration support, and the occasional delivery thrown in so we need someone who is comfortable jumping between hands-on work and computer-based tasks.

About the Role

No two days will look the same. Your responsibilities will include:

- Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders

- Operating a forklift and loading/unloading trucks

- Receiving and putting away stock

- Completing local customer deliveries as required

- Processing paperwork and assisting with general warehouse administration

- Data entry and basic computer/system work

- Liaising with customers, transport companies and other GWO locations

- Assisting with stock control and freight coordination

- Keeping the warehouse clean, safe and organised

- Pitching in wherever needed to keep the branch running smoothly





What We're Looking For

- Current LF Forklift Licence – essential

- Current Australian driver's licence – essential

- Previous warehouse, logistics or transport experience

- Good computer and administration skills

- Comfortable with data entry, paperwork and basic Microsoft Office

- Confident communicating with customers and other team members

- Reliable, organised and able to work independently

- Good attention to detail

- Physically capable of performing warehouse duties

- Someone flexible who doesn't mind moving between the warehouse, office and deliveries

You're someone who takes pride in doing a job properly. You're reliable, organised and adaptable, with enough administration experience to be comfortable behind a computer but also happy to get out into the warehouse and get the job done.

You enjoy variety and are the type of person who sees what needs doing and gets on with it. Whether you're processing paperwork, picking an order, operating a forklift or making a delivery, you're focused on doing the job safely and efficiently.
