Victorian RV Sales is looking for an organised, capable and customer-focused Warranty & Service Administrator to join our busy Service & Aftersales team in Pakenham. This is a varied role where no two days are quite the same. You'll be helping coordinate warranty claims, service and repair bookings, parts, technicians and customers — making sure jobs keep moving and nothing falls through the cracks.
You'll work closely with our Service Manager, technicians, caravan manufacturers and suppliers and be an significant point of contact for our customers throughout the aftersales process.
Key responsibilities
- Managing and processing manufacturer warranty claims from start to finish
- Preparing warranty documentation and submitting claims to manufacturers
- Following up warranty approvals, outstanding claims and payments
- Booking and coordinating caravan servicing, repairs and inspections
- Preparing job cards, repair orders and quotations
- Coordinating jobs with workshop technicians
- Identifying and ordering parts required for warranty, service and repair work
- Following up suppliers and manufacturers regarding parts availability and delivery
- Keeping customers informed about the progress of their caravan
- Handling customer enquiries and helping resolve service issues professionally

- Previous experience in a service, warranty, parts or dealership administration role, particularly within the caravan, RV or automotive industry (desirable)
