We’re on the lookout for a dedicated Experienced Warranty Administrator to join our growing team at Grand Motors Toyota. Working Monday to Friday, this is an opportunity which rarely becomes available.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Submitting warranty claims Toyota vehicles
- Reconciling claim payments and closing repair orders in the internal system
- Keeping the warranty register up to date
- Assisting the Service Department with end-to-end warranty claim processing

Our ideal candidate will have:





- Strong data entry and computer literacy skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- A problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently
- Experience with Tune, SAP Claims systems is highly regarded
- Previous warranty processing experience is a bonus — but not essential
- A sharp eye for detail and a general understanding of vehicles will also be advantageous
