About the Role
Excel Building Management is seeking a professional, reliable and customer-focused Weekend Concierge to join our team at a premium residential building in Potts Point.
The successful candidate will provide exceptional concierge services to residents and guests, ensuring a welcoming, safe and well-managed residential workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome residents, visitors and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Respond to resident enquiries and provide assistance with requests.
- Monitor building access and follow security procedures.
- Manage parcels, deliveries and visitor registrations.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with contractors.
- Monitor common areas and report maintenance or safety issues.
- Maintain accurate concierge logs, incident reports and shift handovers.
- Ensure the concierge desk and lobby are clean and professionally presented.
Skills and Experience
- Previous concierge or customer service experience preferred.
- Residential building experience will be highly regarded.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional presentation and a friendly,
approachable manner.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
- Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
- Availability to work every Saturday and Sunday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM.
