Workday Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Lead

Lead Workday Procurement and P2P implementations, from requirements gathering and solution design through to testing and deployment. You’ll work closely with clients, lead workshops, advise on best practice and support areas including procurement, sourcing, supplier accounts, contracts and expenses.

- 4+ years’ Workday Procurement / Financials experience
- Strong understanding of procurement processes
- Workday P2P certification
- Experience with configuration, security, reporting and full-cycle implementations
- Consulting and stakeholder management experience

Workday Financials Functional Associate Manager

Lead functional and commercial workstreams across Workday Financials engagements, working with senior stakeholders to deliver transformation outcomes.

- Strong Workday Financials / cloud ERP implementation experience
- Expertise across Financial Management, Accounts and Assets
- Strong understanding of end-to-end financial processes and controls
- Experience leading design, build, testing and deployment
- Strong commercial, stakeholder and team leadership skills
- Workday Financials certification and CA/CPA highly regarded

Workday Reporting Specialist





Support clients in designing and implementing Workday reporting and analytics solutions across Financials and other Workday modules.

- Strong Workday Reporting experience
- Advanced, Matrix, Composite and Dashboard reporting experience
- Workday Prism Analytics experience
- Discovery Boards / data visualisation experience highly regarded
- Financials / ERP experience, ideally across Oracle, SAP or similar
- 2–5 years’ Workday implementation experience preferred

Workday Payroll Lead

Lead end-to-end Workday Payroll implementations and transformation programs, including solution design, configuration, testing, migration and deployment. You’ll also work closely with senior stakeholders and lead delivery teams.

- Extensive Workday Payroll implementation experience or strong Australian Payroll implementation experience across other core payroll platforms
- Strong end-to-end payroll and compliance knowledge
- Experience leading large-scale transformation programs
- Integration and data migration experience
- Strong stakeholder management and commercial / pre-sales experience

Canberra, Melbourne or Sydney

Mandatory Requirement

Australian Citizenship with current or ability to gain Baseline Security Clearance.
