We are currently looking for a Workforce Sourcing Analyst to support talent sourcing and workforce-related activities in a flexible remote environment.
The position focuses on researching potential candidates, organising workforce information and supporting the day-to-day sourcing process. Training and guidance will be provided to help you become familiar with the systems and workflow.
Your Day May Include
- Searching and reviewing potential candidate profiles
- Organising and updating candidate information
- Maintaining accurate sourcing records
- Supporting workforce and talent research activities
- Reviewing information for completeness and accuracy
- Assisting with routine sourcing coordination
- Keeping internal systems and records up to date
Is This Role Right for You? We’re looking for someone who is organised,
reliable and comfortable working with online systems and information.
You should have good attention to detail, clear communication skills and the ability to follow structured processes independently.
Previous experience in recruitment, sourcing or workforce support is an advantage, but not essential , as training will be provided.
Working Arrangement
Pay: AUD $150–$220 per day
Location: Remote / Work from Home
Schedule: Flexible working hours
Availability: Part-Time and Full time opportunities
