About the role

Lead the Epping salon as a hands-on Salon Manager. Deliver waxing, tanning and skin treatments while coaching your team, managing daily operations and improving revenue, retail, productivity and client retention.

Duties

· Deliver waxing, tanning and skin treatments to brand standards

· Coach and develop therapists through feedback and mentoring

· Manage rostering, stock, inventory and wage performance

· Track KPIs and improve revenue, retail, productivity and retention

· Protect a consistent client experience from consultation to aftercare

Skills & experience

· Recognised Beauty Therapy qualification

· Proven leadership in a beauty or salon environment

· Confident with Brazilian waxing,



body waxing and spray tanning

· Experience with KPIs, wage costs and stock control

· Clear communication and hands-on coaching style
