It's a sector in the middle of major reform, and finance sits at the centre of how the business responds. You'll join a commercial team that is respected by operational leaders, invests in its people and is known for developing finance professionals who want to make a real impact.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you'll be the hands-on analytical engine of the commercial team, working with operational and service delivery leaders to turn financial data into clear, practical insights.

This is much more than month-end reporting. You'll build pricing and costing models, support tenders, model the impact of government funding reforms and help shape investment decisions. It's a role with real variety and real visibility, and it's a great step for a management accountant or commercial analyst who wants to learn the business from the inside.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare cost, margin and profitability analysis across a range of service lines
- Build and maintain pricing models, including the impact of subsidy and funding reforms
- Support tenders with financial modelling, cost schedules and pricing submissions
- Monitor contract performance and report on variances,



milestones and renewals
- Develop financial appraisals and business cases for capital investment projects
- Prepare financial data for external reporting and regulatory submissions
- Provide commercial analysis to support organisational projects and service redesigns
- Build strong relationships with operational leaders across the business

About You

- Degree qualified in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or similar, with CPA or CA completed or in progress
- Around 5 years' experience in management accounting, commercial analysis or business partnering
- A background in aged care, health, disability or community services is highly regarded
- Strong financial modelling skills and advanced Excel
- Confident communicator who can explain the numbers to non-finance stakeholders
- Curious, proactive and motivated to grow a long-term commercial finance career
