The Opportunity
This role is a 12 month fixed term contract role that we are seeking an experienced Finance Manager for. Your role will be to provide hands-on financial support to manufacturing operations, delivering commercial insights, driving performance improvements, and ensuring robust financial controls across site-based operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working closely with operations, influencing decision-making, and being actively involved in the day-to-day running of a manufacturing environment. The role offers a unique combination of finance business partnering, operational analysis, reporting, forecasting and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities

- Partner with Site Managers and operational leaders to support business performance and decision-making.
- Deliver weekly and monthly financial reporting and analysis.
- Prepare forecasts, budgets and management reporting packs.
- Analyse manufacturing, labour, overhead and inventory variances.
- Monitor site costs and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
- Support inventory management, stocktake processes and financial controls.
- Assist with capital expenditure analysis and investment business cases.
- Track and validate cost-saving and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform month-end activities including journals, reconciliations and ledger close tasks.
- Drive process improvements and support ongoing finance transformation initiatives.

The Candidate
To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- CA or CPA qualification.
- Proven experience within manufacturing,



FMCG, food, beverage, dairy or a similar operational environment.
- Solid finance business partnering capability and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting manufacturing sites and operational teams.
- Advanced financial modelling, reporting and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate and reliable financial information.
- A proactive, hands-on approach and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Advanced Excel skills, with SAP experience highly regarded.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
